Description:

Compound glucoamylase is mixed with glucoamylase and pullulanase. Glucoamylase is obtained by controlled fermentation from Aspergillus Niger. Pullulanase is obtained by deep fermentation from Bacillus Licheniformis. This kind of compound glucoamylase is widely used in producing of brewery, beer, monosodium glutamate, starch sugar and antibiotics, etc.

Working Mechanism:

Glucoamylase hydrolyzes terminal 1,4-linked alpha-D-glucose residues successively from non-reducing ends of amylose chains to release free glucose. This fermentation also possesses the ability to hydrolyze alpha-1,6-glucosidic linkages in isomaltose and dextrins. Pullulanase is a thermal stable debranching enzyme at low Ph (starch α-1,6-Glucosidase).It hydrolyzes the α-1,6--glucosidic linkages and effectively affect on branched chain starch and work in Glucoamylase.

Properties:

1. Effective Temperature : 40-65 ℃, optimum 55-60 ℃.

2. Effective pH : 4.0-5.5 , optimum 4.2-4.6

Specification:

1. Liquid type: This is a kind of compound enzyme .The property of this enzyme express on the primary activity and secondary activity mutual enhancement effect. Evaluate the enzyme not only use the stated activity. The standard activity is 100000u/ml based on starch as substrate.

2. Unit definition : The amount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze 1mg of starch in one hour at pH4.6, 40 ℃.

3. Standard: GB8276-2006

Application Guide:

1. In manufacture of glucose, After liquefy the raw material and adjust ph 4.2-4.5 , cool them at 60 ℃ and add compound glucoamylase in the rate of 0.4-0.9L/t dry starch, saccharification time keep for 30-60 hours.

2. In manufacture of beer industry etc, The recommended rate is 0.15-0.35L/t dry starch

Package and Storage:

Plastic drum is used in liquid type, 28kg/drum.Further package customizable. This product is organic biochemical substance, high temperature, strong acid & strong alkaline will cause inactivation of enzyme. So, avoid exposure to sunlight when being transported. Solid enzyme should avoid direct sunlight and rain. It should be kept in clean, cool and dry place.
