Surface sizing enzyme for paper &pulp, combined with the original starch to complete the surface sizing, so that the paste reaches the required sizing viscosity. The product greatly improves the sizing effect of the original starch and promotes the high-concentration sizing of the original starch. The product consists of a variety of biological enzymes, accelerators, catalysts and stabilizers. It does not contain toxic substances such as formaldehyde, heavy metals and organic chlorine. It does not damage the fibers, does not corrode equipment, is non-toxic and non-polluting, and meets environmental protection, hygiene and safety requirements. This product and the original starch can not only completely replace the oxidized starch, but also greatly reduce the cost per ton of paper.

1) Reduce the cost of sizing. The original starch can be added to this product instead of oxidized starch.

2) The product acts on the gelatinized solution of the original starch and the oxidized starch, and the concentration is also increased. The viscosity of the paste is significantly lower than that of the oxidized starch, so the sizing amount of the starch can be increased.

3) While reducing the viscosity of the starch, the product produces a large amount of hydroxyl groups, and the stiffness of the paper is slightly improved.

4) Some manufacturers have found that by increasing the sizing degree, the paper ash can be appropriately increased.

5) The use of this product does not add any facilities, it is designed with one-time addition and is easy to operate.

Instructions

1. Intermittent sizing: Add appropriate amount of water to the tank of mashed starch paste, start stirring, add the original starch according to the required dosage, and heat up to 68-70 °C for 8-10 minutes (if there is no heat preservation process) The heating rate is preferably controlled to not exceed 1 ° C per minute). Continue to raise the temperature to about 95 ° C, keep warm for 10 minutes and dilute with water to the desired concentration.

2. Continuous sizing: It is necessary to design suitable products according to the specific process conditions of the equipment.
