Nitrifying bacteria including nitrosomonas and nitrobacters.

Living in an aerobic environment (aerobic water, soil or sand) plays an important role in the biosphere nitrogen cycle and sewage purification. The main function is to convert ammonia NH4+ or nitrite N02- into nitrate N03-.

Feature of product:

(1) Rapid degradation of BOD, COD and ammonia nitrogen.

(2) The sludge has good settling properties and high compactness, which can reduce the amount of pollution by more than 70%.

(3) It takes a very short time (5-7 days, the system is stable) from the test run to the success, and only needs to be added at one time. (Unless the power outage exceeds 24 hours or the water intake exceeds 35% of the design amount, the bacteria need to be added again)

(4) Non-toxic, non-pathogenic, and will not cause secondary pollution.

(5) Nitrifying bacteria are aerobic bacteria, the dissolved oxygen must be more than 3ppm to be effective, and the pH value must be more than 7.8, the temperature should be more than 25 , the dosage should be enlarged when the temperature is lower than 15 , general engineering The example takes effect about 1-2 days after administration, and the slow one takes more than 10 days to take effect.

Note:

1. It can be applied to remove and degrade ammonia nitrogen in sewage treatment and degrade nitrite and ammonia nitrogen in aquaculture. It is the main bacterial species that completes the nitrogen cycle in nature.

2. Factors affecting nitrification in sewage treatment.

Temperature: The degradation temperature is 26--35.

pH value: PH value is between 7.8-8.6.

DO: greater than or equal to 3-5ppm.

F/M ratio: controlled at 0.1-0.15kgBOD/[kg(MLSS).d].

Sludge state: It should be noted that the growth rate of nitrifying bacteria is greater than the loss rate of sludge nitrifying bacteria, that is, pay attention to the sludge return ratio.

Toxic substances: phenol, cyanide, etc. should be lower than 0.1ppm

Grease: less than 15ppm (mg/L)
